bama, how much are you selling yours for and is it a 98 or 99?

chibi, I really would like to stop out and see what goes on in your area, but I have a few other things that are all of a sudden starting to happen......house appraisal, having to get an outside water shut-off valve installed before I buy the house? (I guess it's something new for my local borough).... etc, etc and now I've noticed a few bees nests around the front porch roof area of the house..... all kinds of new things for me going on with owning a house.....
