Good Friday Morning to everyone. Came in early today so I can get off at 2:30 and begin my weekend. What plans does everyone have?
Church Sunday and dinner with wife's family afterwards.

Good mornin' all & TGIF! It looks like we have a mixed bag of weather in store for us today consisting of sun, rain, hail and thunder storms. Then it's supposed to clear up and be sunny for the weekend. Enjoy your day everyone.

Scientists claim beer not to blame for beer bellies

Drink to this: That so-called beer belly you have riding atop your belt buckle? It's not caused by beer. Or so say scientists in Germany, home to the world's oldest brewery and thus the longest lineage of beer bellies. The methodology seems dubious: Participants surveyed by the panel were asked to estimate their beer intake, and we know those stories are usually either wildly exaggerated or shamefully minimized. Nonetheless, researchers concluded that the data "does not support the common belief of a site-specific effect of beer on the abdomen," though they did, perhaps grudgingly, admit that beer consumption seems to increase "overall body fatness."

p.s. Don't Drink & Drive - Thank You!

It's interesting that you posted about the health benefits Space. Cause that's one of the primary reasons why I have a beer or two most mornings after work. With my family history, I need all the help I can get and, in moderation, alcohol helps combat two of the most prevalent issues in my family - diabetes and heart issues.

Good Morning friends. Friday is finally here and it's a good one! Working from home today. Will finish up on wifey's craft/guest room this week end leaving my week-ends free now to get back to work on the Deuce.

I have a car show to go to Mother's Day week-end in Coldwater Michigian. An all week-end festable. Ronda has agreed to come with me becuse I gave up so many of my week-ends working on her room.

Have a great and safe week-end!
