Good morning guys. I got my coffee.
Scattered rain showers this morning. It's been in the 40s recent mornings which feels a little chilly.
The other day a deal was OK'd for development to move forward to build on Detroit's old Hudson's site. Also, there was a proposal submitted to bring an MLS team to Detroit and build a MLS soccer stadium Downtown, just North of Greektown (pictured). The stadium would be used for other events and is part of a larger development including office and residential spaces.

Good Morning `Matt,
Soccer is really growing in the USA & it is bringing good funds to the cities that they are played. Detroit is staying aggressive in their rebuilding of the city. Orlando has benefitted from bringing a Soccer team to the town. It's also expensive for the fans to enjoy the sport. I've never been to a game, but I'd like to in my future. For now, we just play some beach soccer.

Sorry I missed your above post while I was creating/composing a reply to `Matt.
I hope that work is easier today then it was yesterday for you. My work day is sitting by to hear from my boss. I just learned that he's in the keys with Grandpa `Space & I don't know if it's work related or fun (?)...I wish I could join them.
Are you going to the track this weekend to Race your Monte ?
I wish I could go there (LOL). Maybe someday in my future.
