I've got to agree that texting while biking hands free is dumb. But as dumb as it is I have a huge problem with him being ticketed over a video camera. It is too invasive of privacy and the Big Brother scenerio. I don't like it. It reminds me of George Orwells 1984. Video serveylance is a scary thing.

 

They are about to pass a law in MO about that.

 

I know what you mean. But where I work there's so many cameras, you get used to them being around constantly. Being on camera doesn't really bother me anymore. Just got to remember not to pick your nose or scratch your butt. Or do it sarcastically right at the camera... they hate that.

 

Lou where I work there are cameras everywhere too. I don't mind them in banks and places where security is critical. My problem with them is on roadsides and street corners where the government controls them and uses them for revenue generation and or population control and enforcement. That is wrong in my opinion.
