Awesome. Thats such a nice place. I cant wait to see it all furnished. Also I cant wait to see that garage with the monte in it (Hopefully getting finished). Congrats on the house.

lol, I hope not. We still want to wait until we're like 29/30 to have kids- so we've still got a bit. Definitely gonna get some smaller or mid-size SUV if it comes to that (something like a GMC Terrain or a SRX).

Neither can we, lol. We're still not sure what we're going to do with all the space since its just the 2 of us right now (well and the 2 cats, lol). We want to change the downstairs den into another bedroom (we both have family that would like to come out, but can't go upstairs easily). Probably do another bedroom into a workout room; and my wife will probably take another bedroom for her scrapbooking and hobbies like that. Still not real sure on the bonus room though; its just a lot of space.

We do have all brand new furniture from our apartment when we moved out here 6-7 months ago; so that'll get us by for now (granted this is just a 800 square foot 1 bed apartment)- but my wife works at a furniture store, so we get nearly 50% off retail. That's definitely going to come in handy filling the rest of the rooms.
