Yeah man, he was older than I imagined he was going to be, but his voice was still recognizable, which is about all that matters...

The NFL did the home audience proud; for sure. I can't imagine how they got that set and all the sound equipment hooked-up in under 15-minutes, though. There must have been a cast of thousands involved in moving all that stuff onto the field and doing all the hooking-up inside of a few minutes worth a analysis and a TV Commercial Break.
I got a glimpse of them hauling the stuff off the field after the show ... but, tear down is one thing ... set-up is another.
They MUST have rehearsed that whole process more than a few times to pull it off on live TV.
I didn't know how much they'd let the band perform. But, I knew it wasn't going to be all night. When Tom waved bye-bye and stood there with his band for a few moments of posing for the shutter-bugs; we had been treated to a real fine show from one of Rock-'n-rolls biggest stars for nothing.
Great show!
Magnificent.
Thanks NFL!

What no Janet boobies at half time?

Old or not I'd take his money he's made over the years.

Anyone other then me realize Tom Petty is Bob Dylan's son?
