ok so i have nothing to do and figured this could kill some time.

What are your favorite songs/ bands / genres you listen to in your monte?

my personal favorites are ZZ Top, The Allmen Bros, Ted Nugent, Foghat, and "east bound and down". there are a bunch of others i cannot think of right now, but my favorite driving song of the moment is the rhett akins version of driving my life away.

so, mcf members, i figure you all must have at least one song that just makes you crank up the volume in your monte, lets hear what it is!

 

Ok lets see what I can think of, There is alot lol. Depends on my mood, Well almost anything by CLUTCH lol! Other bands and songs would be ZZTop's "La Grange". Queens of the stone age "You think I ain't worth a dollar but I feel like a millionare". "Frankenstein" by Edgar Winter. "Intergalactic" Beastie Boys. "Killing in the name" Rage Against The Machine. "Radar love" Golden earing (classic) I used to have a mix cd full of perfect driving songs, I'll have to find that again.

 

I would not know where to start on this subject because I like so many different types of music.

 

ditto on that. lately it's been a lot of country, specifically rascal flatts (my favorite), as i got their new cd on tues. and have been rocking it since then. one of my favorite new songs to crank up loud is careless whisper, redone by seether. i also like to blast hinder, stone sour, linkin park, disturbed, theory of a deadman (love them), social distortion, and almost anything on xm 52 (faction) during their old-school punk rock hours. my ipod has something like 7,000 songs on it so that's why i'm dying to get a radio to which i can directly connect my ipod. the little fm modulator i have works ok, but the intermittent static gets annoying. plus i always forget to turn it off, so the batteries die almost every time i use it. grr. :P

 

it really depends on my mood. my favorite song to listen to on my system is Riders on the storm by the doors. but lately with my given mood its been alot of hard rock.

 

depending on the weather and traffic conditions i like to just chill and cruse to DMB with the windows down and the stereo cranked. i also like to throw on Fall Out Boy and drive fast. if im in traffic i usually put on Tool or Disturbed...something for me to rage with. but for the most part i just have the DMB fired up and drive

 

The game, ummm, my favorites are HED PE "Renegade" and Hollywood undead "undead".

 

 

space, i do not think you would be able to hear the music over a rat moter in a 4th gen even if you wanted to!
