Fastest Production Car - Not the Bugatti

Just wondering what everyone thinks of the SSC Ultimate Aero as the new fastest production car in the world with the average top speed of 256.15 mph (412.233 km/h). Not only is it the fastest, but it is also streel legal here in the US, or so I've been told, and it does all this with an AMERICAN V8.
