It's Saltines. Your mouth doesn't produce enough saliva to break them down.

I heard it was 7 though.

Why do humans keep coming up with other new ways of abusing their bodies. Stupid thing to do. For someone with asthma inhaling the powder could be lethal.

I quit smoking when I found out I had asthma. I think I'd be dead now if I hadn't. I quit over twenty years ago.

Thought I was going to die from cinnamon challenge... Inhaled right away and it filled my throat lol. Couldn't breath for what felt like forever but I'm sure it was only about a minute. It was enough for me to never try it again. Some how one of my friends downed a tablespoon and went back for another lol he thought the goal was to see how much you could eat

I was diagnosed with asthma at 2 or 3 years old. I never started smoking. Neither of my parents smoked either. I know a few asthmatics that smoke and I still can't figure out how/why. Second hand smoke in confined areas usually caused asthma attacks when I was a child, so that was enough for me.
The cracker thing is a tricky one. It sounds easy, but I'm sure it's not. The cinnamon thing, or gallon of milk in an hour sound very hard to do. I won't try any of these challenges.
