That's very close to what Jeff's car looked like back then. Before he went with the re-designed Dupont car we're more familiar with. I did notice the fact that it's a promotional give-away car made by Pepsi.

The Dale Earnhardt car definitely needs the silver along the bottom. But I think I can explain the hub caps. Either the previous owner went with black steelies to mimick the track used rims, and the car lot put hubcaps on it. Or the previous owner had more expensive rims and took them off when he traded it in.
