UGLY but looks to be done right

I very much dislike looking at vehicles like this makes my brain hurt

 

Wow it is nice work but it just looks weird.

 

I don't know how I feel about it. On one hand it's cool to see. But on the other hand they cut and pasted (not literally of course) two cars. They took a 3rd gen Monte (ad says it's a 1978), swapped in a 4th gen grill, cut off the trunk, and welded on the bed from an El Camino. It's kind of a waste of a perfectly good 3rd gen.

this one believe it or not had aluminum foil on the door pillers and bottom rockers!

 

Poor man's chrome. Comes on a roll, and is available at your local dollar store. Also comes in handy when you have left over food in your car. Need some foil to store it? Just peel a strip off the side of the car?

With a case of STICKERITIS

It's somewhat hard to see, I took these about 15 minutes ago with an impending storm, so it's dark. But basically this guy, whoever he is, littered this beauty with flame stickers on the door pillar, rear and front fenters. There is over a dozen of them on each side, and a big superman sticker on the rear window which you can't see.



It looked worse in person.

 

Why?
