There's got to be some way to get the Red Tape cut and get that Tltle signed-over in your name. At least you don't face the situation that a lot of the members on my motorcycle site face when they buy a perfectly good Bike off of eBay with NO TlTle at all.

They get stuck in No Tltle Hell and have to deal with some Company out in Vegas where the Law on Tltles to MV's is loose and they can rework the whole thing and get under the more strict States requirements.

 

Yes. They probably will. But, there's the Statute of Limitations that comes into play. If they don't make a move on their lein for over 5 or 6 years ... it (the Lein) becomes lost to them and those Tltle Companies know that and issue you a new Tltle without the Lein.

I guess that all you need to do is search for one of those places out in Las Vegas and let them rework the paperwork for you ... for their fee, of course, and become the Tltle Holder free and clear.

 

Thought I would update you guys on the Monte.......
After 12 trips and many times leaving pissed off I now have the title in my name (WHOOOOOHOOO)!
I seams as if I would have lied and not presented them with the WILL's and all proper paper work all we would have had to do is fill out one paper a long time ago SOB's. Thats whatI get for being Honest I guess.
Anyway just thought I would share that with you guys thanks for your help. Now im off to mod this beast till im broke.....LOL
