Wow. Duane, those pictures with the trees are great. A couple of them are like postcard worthy or something.

We got about 15 inches down last night and I had to drive home in it around 5 last night after it had been snowing for a few hours. The monte passed all kinds of trucks and suv's that were crawling along.. Love my snowcat monte

We actually had a few flurries on Christmas day. The northern part of the state got a dusting.
Cool pictures Duane. Poor MC has to set out in the elements.....

I'd rather put the Monte through it than the Torino and the Fairlane!! I brushed it off after the snow finished falling. Those first picutres were taken while snow was still coming down. Here are some pictures from today. I've never seen snow stick to the trees in NC like it did with this storm.

The Monte is hiding behind the van and the truck.

I don't blame you Duane. I think the Torino and the Fairlane have earned their retirement from winter duties. Any future plans for a completely closed shelter for them?

We were working on building the carport back with a structure, building a new garage back there, and putting a set of sliding doors on the front of that carport. The money and time ran out. I guess we'll be back on it soon though!

Hi `Duane,
Thanks for your additional Super Winter Pictures from your area...They are beautiful & we enjoyed 4-Sure....

You sure have a long driveway (or race track : )...Have you lived there your whole life ? It sure is a beautiful area...

Did you think of getting a car cover for your collection ?
Wish you a Super day & new year 2011...Thanks for all your contributions to your Monte Carlo Family....

I used to keep a car cover on my Monte Carlo all the time. It took about a year before it started tearing apart, you had to bungee cord it to the car (which I have a scratch from where one of those plastic caps came off on the right side), and I think the dirt that would get in the cover would put small scratches on the car anyway, so I gave up on it.
