Come on... You're telling me a Republican has a few negative things to say about thereal candidates of the 2008 elections. How can that be...

But other than John McCain, I too could have a field day with the Republican candidates. John McCain is the only real republican candidate -- War Hero, a man that stands behind his word, even when that word has costs him greatly in support.

But Hillary is the only Democrat candidate worthy of being president... The only one that has stood on her decisions and taken the full heat for them and survived.

I have to disagree.... I can't stand John McCain....

Yes, he gave a great sacrifice to the country, I'll give you that much.

But this man is pro amnesty for illegal immigrants, nad he was one of the lead Republicans who doubled the size of government from 1994-2006, and he is pro-war.

Plus, did you see what this guy did in the Republican YouTube debate? He talked about how "bad" this thing was. Then he said "I also have a few words for my fellow candidate Ron Paul..." and goes on about the Iraq war when the question was about the FairTax. That was the stupidest thing I have seen a candidate do in forever. I want to moderate a debate so badly... I will have a switchboard in front of me as I do it, and as soon as you go off topic like that, your mic is cut.

McCain supports unpopular amnesty, big government, and war. I know he ran for Prez in 2000, but didn't he run in 1996 as well? Plus, he is not popular in teh south... thats Huckabee territory.

When is this man going to learn nobody wants him to be President?

LoL, this belongs in the Republican section.... lets talk Democrats....

I don't like Hillary. She is opposed to parents choosing schools via vouchers, she was evne quoted saying she didn't want children out of the public school system (see ontheissues.org), she then said that "Charter Schools provide a good alternative to public schooling".. but they are still government schools. She, along with the rest of the MoveOn Democrats wants Universal Hellcare. She opposes privatizing Social Security. She also favors gun control and a citizen path for illegals.

Overall, this woman is anti-choice on most topics.. she wants everyone to be forced to use the government system. I don't beleive this is the American way, nor is it the way our Founders intended.

Edwards will one day learn nobody wants him to be the President as well... in fact, I live in North Carolina 1 hour north of his home. I wish you guys knew just how much they hate him down there. They throw stuff at his house, his car when he drives by, and absolutly resent him, yet he claims they love him.

Overall, I woudl rather see Obama over all of these. Hillary doesn't want to get us out of Iraq... she claims she does, but check her record, she's every shaky. She just says she's against it to get elected.

Rants done!!

Well I don't want us out of Iraq myself, we haven't been bombed lately vs. the 8 times under the Clinton administration and I'm pretty sure it has to do with the soldiers in Iraq. Once again they knowingly and WILLINGLY signed up to goto Iraq to defend this country.

If Huckabee doesn't get in I'm hoping for either McCain or Obama.

McCain's bill with Kennedy keeps the border open. That doesn't bother me because Reagan was also for immunity and never closed the borders.

In hindsight, I still don't like Reagan for that.

But McCain's bill with Feingold restricting first amendment rights during the last 30 days of a presidential race is truly unconstitutional.

I hope the supreme court gets a hold of it this summer and knocks it down.

Otherwise, I am also with Dan, if Huckabee doesn't get the nomination, asa republican, I will be forced to vote party line and go for Rudy or McCain, neither of which floats my boat.

I don't think we realize what a true socialist Obama is yet.

Ohh I forgot that point. I'm for closing the borders as well or better yet, more enforcement against companies that are hiring them and deporting the families back to their countries.

If I break into your house I should be able to demand free food, education and healthcare. Why should it be ok to break into our country and get thoes things?

i've tlaked to people from Arizona on this good 'ol internet.. maybe i found the two racists, but the ones i talked to HATED immigration... the hospitols and schools were losing millions a year from illegal immigrants taking the services without paying taxes. it was a HUGE burden. How McCain gets elected from this area, I will never know....

Arizona is doing something about it though. I forgot what was going on there, I think the enforcement was coming down hard like it should, but illegals are fleeing the state either to others or going back to Mexico.

It is like a local talk show guy says here, who is going to jump the fence into Disneyland if the rides are all shut down?
