Default Cushman scooter

I got a 1959 Cushman scooter the other day. It was my wife's uncles
He bought it in 1964..
Here's a few pic's I hope to get it running for my grandson Logan ..

That is pretty cool. I have recently got two wheels that is sort of like a moped but still a bike. here is a picture.

Well you do have yourself a project. Back in the day "Cushman" was a well respected name. Bet you should find parts pretty easy for it. Might even be a Cushman Club around for you to join.

Will be cool to see this when it's restored, right now you have to polish a turd. You could send it to Vegas and Rick's Restoration, he would only charge you somewhere in the neighborhood of $6500

My girlfriend has a Tote Goat, but it is in worse condition than your Cushman!

This is a Tote Goat, but not Marie's, hers is all jacked up.

That looks pretty cool and Greg is right, Rick would charge an arm and a leg for a restoration but when done it would be just like new.

Greg all I can think of when I look at the Tote is the movie Dumb and Dumber lol

that's really neat, should make a fun project. 2 years ago I pulled a 1960ish vespa out of my buddie's barn, cleaned it up and sold it to another friend who is having a blast with it, fixed it up some, got it running and drives it around his neighborhood. people love old scooters for some reason, lol

Wow I haven't seen or even heard talk of them til now!

I had an ole Cushman back in the early 60's..LOL (My age is showing)

Theres one running around my neighborhood.
