As far as ikn the SC cars didnt, ive nvr seen one with it

 

Nice looking Monte. Probably cracked the original bumper cover, and was replaced with a used one from a Monte without the high sport package. Perhaps the owner didn't really care about the difference?

 

Or a body shop didnt replace it & pocketed the money, either way paint it so it matches the rest atleast

 

I can see that. The new bumper didn't come with the high sport lip. The original might have been damaged, or the shop didn't feel like transferring it to the new bumper.

It's also possible the previous owner may have had a body kit on it, then de-modded with a used bumper cover from a junk yard.

 

That pin stripe looks terrible. Way to ruin the lines.

Haha that sure would be nice, but they don't pay many people haha. And I would hope the bums liked it

I would get that checked out if I was you XD.

 

Or they coulda oredered the wrong bumper & didnt wanna send it back, but either way it can be fixed or needs to be, i find alot missing high sport pieces it seems
