Cool table Jerry. When my buddy when on vacation to North Carolina a few years back he was gonna get me a set of tires for a souvenir from one of the shops but he had a small rental car.

I don't claim to know everything about Montes by any means, but this does not appear to be a true SS to me.

Strange thing though, the VIN number that shows up on the auction has the code for the 3800. Very strange.
Something seems fishy to me with that car. I'm not at all looking to buy something like that, but I was just browsing Ebay and saw it.

Makes ya wonder, "Where did the 3400 come from?" Seems odd to put a lesser engine (and PCM) in a Monte if the VIN had the code for the 3.8L..
