no problem, chris. in a worst case scenario, the tire might not be seated properly in the wheel, its nothing to worry about but you would be able to notice it would go flat over a period of time, & it can be a pita to get the tire to set in an alloy wheel if there is even the slightist bit of corrosion... my car was a real be-otch to do right, lol.

oh, i was looking around the harbor fraight sight, it seems there is a store right in pittsburg, too.... idk where they are by me, lol. i think like an hour + drive, lol.

I had a slow leak in my left rear tire. It was the bead not sealing properly with the rim. I've heard the same claims you guys did about Nitrogen. The molecules are supposedly bigger than air molecules, so it makes it harder for nitrogen to leak from your tire than air.

But don't know if I really want to spend the money on nitrogen. Seems to me if you have a leak, you should fix it. Not just throw some "thicker" air in the tire.

BTW...

also, i was wondering if using nitrogen would the tpms sensors in each wheel need replaced when doing this or will it be ok??? thanks

also, TAZ thanks for clarifying what jeremy was pointing out, i thought that i may have said something to possibly offend him, thanks

That's a good question.

If the Nitrogen molecules are larger than air molecules, does that mean they wont "fit" into the TPM sensor inside the 7th gen wheels? To me, it sounds like it may cause false readings on the 2006 & 2007 TPMS. But I would also like to find out for sure from someone who knows.

Perhaps a phone call to a local GM dealer's service department may get a quick and accurate answer for sure. I should try that tomorrow.

The Nitrogen won't affect the accuracy of the 2000 to 2005 TPMS since it doesn't use air pressure sensors inside the wheel.

Some people really pizz me `off.
The ones that visit the beach & leave their thrash,
dirty diapers, broken bottles, cloths +more
of their junk.
I just don't understand them @ `all.
The Bum's & I just spend over an hour of our
life, cleaning `up the junk of others, instead
of being able to enjoy the `beach.
Why

Or
the ones that throw stuff outa their windows,
like their fast food container's plus : (
Are they that ignorant ? Where they taught not
to respect others in our World ?
When I go to bigger cities, I discover more and more
rude, & thankless people

That's all....I just needed to sound `off in the
MCF Complaint Dept.
Do things like this happen in your area where your live ?
I hate 2 see people destroy the beauty of paradise
4-Sure...
Wish the reader of my words a `HappyEve/WeekEnd.
Now go punch a dirtbag lol

When driving to meet the better half for dinner, I was making a right-turn on a green light when some idiot decides to do a left, cutting through the people driving through the light and narrowly missing my Monte. It's bad enough the state of Florida is really nailing me tax, tags and title, but almost hit car is a Cardinal sin.

The bright side of it was after I got to restaurant - got a free "Dinner and a Moron." Two ladies were arguing in the busy parking lot, calling each other morons, and I didn't have a camera to film it.
