Yes, another `sad day in US Auto History
I'm sure they will survive with Fiat....& I think GM is waking `up, and realizing that they must make some sacrifices to compete with the competition of foriegn auto companies + better management @ the Top.

I think the Camaro will continue, & get better with each year it is
produced ~> 4-Sure....I do hope/pray....

Yes, GM has gone through some major changes including the axing of Pontiac by 2010....I do think they will be able to stay away from bankruptcy with the needed changes being made.

It definitely sucks. The only thing I care about is what will happen to the Challenger. Also all the people working for Chrysler here in the US.

A. I didn't realize he was going to use his own personal money.
B. That he was so rich he could do this.

well, this has happened in history several times. and each time companies emerge STRONGER, especially in GM's case. the "good" chryslers like the 300 and Chally will pave the way... no doubt. have some faith, some support, and a positive outlook. sure things are messy, but they will level out once again, ... yet again. OUTRAGEOUS media coverage does not help ANY of this. 15-20 or more years ago, most people wouldnt have the faintest idea about the DETAILS and intricacies of all of these noodlings that WE all see... its brutal.

and not to sound corny,
but its soul-crushing after a while.

LONG LIVE THE AUTO INDUSTRY!

Talk smack all you want, but hold off until you sit behind the wheel of one and you'll change your mind.
