Good Morning EV1!
Yesterday was a very sad/rough day...
My friend/neighbor who is also my mechanic had a tragedy yesterday morning... As he woke up and got ready to go to work... He went to tell his live in girlfriend goodbye before he left...Like he did everyday.... Only to discover that she had passed away in her sleep.
She was only 39 yrs old.
That was at 630 am ...My wife was getting ready for work when she look out the front window to see an ambulance at his house... Naturally, we both headed out the door to see if there was anything we could do to help...
Only to discover she was gone.... We had to wait til 1030am for the ME to show up... It was tragic to see her lifeless body being removed from the house. The freaky part was my neighbor had to fill out her toe tag...
Just before they removed her.... She will be missed.... Not sure when the funeral will be...they said possibly Saturday or Monday... Naturally, we spent the rest of the day with him... As did his family.... I feel so bad for him.... So, incase youi were wondering why I wasn't on yesterday...Now you know why.
On a good note....
My other neighbor Bill, Has a 1937 ford pickup that he has had restored
that's going to be in the Detroit North American hotrod show at cobo hall.
Today, I'm going out to Clinton Twp to check on its progress.... The body work and paint are finished as well as the drive line...all that's left is the custom interior....

What did she die from ? To me it's just another reminder that humans beings are fragile & that no one is guaranteed a 2morrow or another day That's why I often post " What `if ", as a reminder ?I'm sorry for your neighbors loss

She passed away from a heart attack...
She was on medication for it,Apparently, she also fell out of the bed and hit her head on the night stand.... they apparently feel she was having a problem went to get up and tell Robert (he fell as sleep on the couch) when she died and hit her head in the process.....(there bedrooms upstairsrs and he was down stairs)....
I will definately be takeing some pics of Bills HotRod!
Gotta jump in the shower he suppose to pick me up around 9 am....
