people may think this program is good but in all reality. look at all the perfectly good vehicles waisted. why not take those and pass them down to others with worse cars to get those off the streets. shoot. look at this persons videos. he found a few nice mustangs and i nice z28 camaro. i would kill to have a couple of those cars. and to think they are just hunks of scrap metal now.. what a shame

i was working at a toyota dealer at that point i watched many cars i would have taken in a heartbeat to list a few 90'sz28,ls1 firebird..., a ton of trucks fotmula firbide80's... i wanted to smack some people...

oh yeah. and my girlfriend is dying for a nice car. instead of having some small pos that breaks down alot she could have gotton something that runs nice. or atleast donate them to schools that are learning. bs is what it is

ya i would have taken the first 2 cady's and that volvo for sure. they only got 4000 for those trade-ins???
all i can say is wow.

there was also some older ford and chevy trucks that were in amazing shape. what a waste.

alot of the trucks and nice cars didn't want to kick the bucked the ls1 firebird went 20mins and still didn't blow, the me hnic actually shut it down.. the lt z28 went a good 15 mins befor it bit the bullet, all the cars went to a local junkyard but had to be crushed by the junkyard within 6mon

Cash For Clunkers is a scam!!!!

The people who put this together need to be setting in jail. Along side the politiciians who signed it in to law.
