Probably lol, but the idea is i buy soemthing. I can ruin my own car and do it at my own pace. Went to the dealer already and that saturn was junk. Sunroof was partially stuck open so rain was getting in, bumper was missing paint and it was partially held together with duct tape, no thanks. Othere cars were either out of my price range or i had no interest. Only other standard cars were a 1993 nissan sentra and a 1994 mazda protege 4 door. Back to searchin the web

I thought you didn't care about the looks? You could seal up the sunroof with some plastic, and the bumper is just cosmetic. I think it's gonna be pretty hard to find a decent car for $1000 or less.

I dont care to a point.. The sun roof i know i could take apart and probably get closed. My biggest worry was with the front end how it was, passing NY inspections to get it road legal. And hey you never know, my monte only cost $1000

I drove a 94 s-10 for about 2 years that was stick. Ehh, its alright as long as you are focused solely on driving. You will need every limb on your body to operate the car. lol. Probably wouldnt get another stick unless I was able to afford a nice sports car.
