So for those of us who haven't purchased / played Black Op's yet, how about giving us your thoughts on it? The good / bad / ugly for any platform. Pre-release hype is one thing; I'm interested to hear what people think now that it's released.

I heard 'zombies' were re-introduced! That's great. I've spent a lot of time playing **** zombies in COD World at War with my son and his friends. Fun stuff.

I've only played the zombies so far but I can tell you the new zombie maps are loads of fun. There are also different kinds of zombies now, think Left 4 Dead kind of. The new weapons are really fun in zombies. They added more silly weapons like the ray gun from WaW too. I won't say too much I've heard the campaign is the best but I haven't tried it yet. Thanks for the review link. Interesting to read the review and then the 'comments' that follow it. Lots of wildly differing opinions. Which is par for the course I guess...

Yeah there's always the negative back-lash that comes with being the top dog, it comes with the turf. Same with Halo, you either love it or hate it.

I think ill be picking up black ops tonight. It all depends on whether walmart is sold out or not. I need some groceries and if they have it awesome. Dont feel like driving to best buy tonight if they dont.

I usually start with the campaign then go on to multiplayer. Cant wait to play zombies but ill wait until I finish campaign. When I got MW2, by the time I finished campaign and started playing online, there were people at level 70 already, lol. Needless to say I got raped hard at first. Now I pwn most anyone online. Except those people that run around 1000 mph and knife and shotgun you. I still get killed by those guys, lol.
