I've been following it and having a good time. I gotta admit I'm rooting for the chevy guys. Can't help but have a soft spot for a 57 chevy... at least I think it was a 57. Even though they're in dead last now that the lambo guys are out.

I really wanna see the rice guys go, talk about aholes. It was good to see team Scion get booted early as well. I wanna know the rules. Spiketv.com is WORTHLESS for info, has some pics and some stupid blogs and that's about it. I'd like to see what the rules for signing up are. I'm no brainiac, but this stuff seems so easy watching it on TV. I'm sure IRL it'd be a bit tougher, but still no rocket science.

I don't remember if that car had a bunch of sponser stickers, but you have to figgure the more screen time they get, the more screen time their sponsors get. The goofier they are, the more screen time they're sure to get to make it more entertaining. And just like any other reality show, noone makes it obvious they're playing the game, until they've gotta play themselves to get out of a tight spot. I mean as far as alliances or all that bs goes.

But in the end really the best driver and best car combo wins it, I just gotta hope it's domestic.

reading this thread I went to spiketv.com and watched all 4 shows. I love that 68 charger, seems to be doing pretty well. and who would have thought the F 150 would take the lambo in the challenge

I hope next season they would get more regular folks on the show, the cars are great, but not everyday joes can buy and beat to hella lotus, or lambo.

I dont think the show covers any damage to the vehicles. I read the one producers blog and this is what he worte about the Lambo.

When someone reports you can find a very specific item on Ebay, I wish they would either link to it or at least post an item number. I can't count how many cool things I would have bid on but couldn't find no matter what search terms I used.

 

Yep I understand. not that I would have bid on it, I would just liked to have seen what it was going for.
