Default Bluetooth OBD app

Ok so I previously had a galaxy s4 my gf had surprised me and got me a iPhone 6s I tried to download the same app I had for my obd Bluetooth tool but instead of connecting using Bluetooth that along with a lot of them are trying to connect via wifi. So my question is do anyone know of a app I can use that connect to the plug via Bluetooth?

I use Android, but I believe you will need a iPhone iOS Dongle.

Here's a video:

A dongle is the bluetooth device (i.e. elm327) that plugs into the vehicle data port, reads the information stored then passes that information on to your phone or computer wirelessly via the bluetooth connection. The operating system of the dongle and the phone or computer need to be compatible with each other.
I have no idea what a rogy is.
