I'll have to get a picture of a 06 or 07 SS at the local grocery store - it's an employee's car - they put the horizontal moldings on the door that the pre 2005 montes got and he's also got the 2000-2005 Monte Carlo SS scripts on the sides in all siver as well as the factory SS badges on the door - and he's got silver rally stripes. It's kind of funny really.

 

the "Dr. House" im me wants to say they got in a front end accident and when they got it fixed they put the wrong lip on it. Who knows really. I just think it makes for good discussion.

Also, I love when people put SS on random things. There's a jeep wrangler riding around town with a couple SS's on the fenders and a colorado ls with them on the doors. It's like a game . . . . that annoys the crap out of my wife

as far as the 7th gen goes, I think that's just like when the 6th gens here put the 7th gen SS on there, also, GM calls the 2000-20007 all 6th gen, so really your just swapping between years within the same generation, as long as it's not an LS with SS parts I see no problem lol
