The Flyers do much better when they aren't the favorites, for some reason! They should go deep in the playoffs and, if they can keep it together, they could make it to the finals. Go Flyers!!!!!!!!!!!

Chicago has a great young team. They will be a scary matchup in the second round should, you know, the Canucks make it through L.A. **knocks on wood**

haha, I can't believe the top seeds in both the east and west got upset. Washington losing to Montreal last night in OT... Priceless! This could be a crazy playoffs if this trend for upsets continue. They say this year that there are not clear cut favourites because every team (yes, even Washington and San Jose) has their warts.

As far as the Eastern Conference goes, I am a Penguins fan (actually more of a Crosby fan). I am sure they will get back on track next game as long as Fluery doesn't give one up like he did on the bad bounce during a dump-in. Having said that, I gotta root for my Canadian teams. There are only six and it has been too long since the Cup has come "home" to the 'Great White North'.

Locally, way to go Canucks! Luongo made a killer save to to keep the Canucks in it so they could win it in OT!!

WTF is the deal with that huge-azzed advertising on the glass behind the net in some arenas? Is that really on the glass or is it put on there digitally for the tv audience only?

Chicago game just ended 4-1. But two of them were empty net in the last minute.

Watching the Washington/Montreal game right now.

The arena announcer in the Washington arena sounds like the movie trailer voice over guy. When he was done introducing the singer of the national anthem, I expected him to start announcing upcoming movie attractions.

"In a world where...."

Montreal just scored in the first minute. That would be a HUGE upset if Montreal went up 2 games to 0 against Washington.

I can't believe Theodore got pulled. Washington is going to be in a tailspin if Montreal wins this one.
