I believe it is a Ford Thunderbird 90's era. I have seen one around here in primer. Must be some kind of kit.

It reminds me of the '91 T-Bird / '49 Ford conglomeration I've seen for the last couple of years at the Father's Day car Show in Burien, WA:

It looks like Tbird with a 49 Mercury front end....

I don't know about that. It's unique and a little cool looking, but those look awkward as hell overall. Nice, curving front and rear ends with that 80's boxy, hard edge middle portion.
