Angie a.k.a. Possum needs our prayers

I just rec'd a pm from our good friend Angie. And its not good news. Some of us know her daughter Lisa is fighting cancer. Lisa has been getting treatmeant for a while now. Angie just told pm me more bad news. Seems the cancer has spread to Lisa's liver now . So if you have a min or two. Says a prayer for Lisa's and her family. Also for Angie & Dave her husband. This is the worst news news a Mother & father can get about their children. You seem so helpless when something like this happens. Please take a min and tell them prayers are on the way. I haven't been able to reach Angie cause my phone is out of state till Sunday.

Hi `Rick,
Thanks for your post & update on this sad news about `Angie's daughter

I pray all the time for all the people that are suffering in our World...I hope that our prayers are answers & that the Master of All listens & helps those that are suffering.

Let us Pray for Angie, her daughter, family & all those
that are suffering in our World...Another reminder on how
fragile our Human Life can `be....`Amen

Lou, thanks for mentioning this...at times like this, one of the hardest things is feeling so helpless. It's not like when she fell off her bike and was fine after a hug and a band-aid. Somehow, your reminder that we can always donate to a broader cause makes me feel better. So thanks.

And thanks too, to Rick, for starting this thread. We've never needed friends and prayers more.
