Alternative view of the potential 2016 Chicago Olympics
I don't know how many of you watched the recent Summer Olympics in Beijing...but I did. And, for the most part, I couldn't get enough of the games and coverage. As was noted on the final broadcast, for 2 weeks every 2 years the world seems to come together like never before...and proves that we CAN get along (for the most part).
But...here is a commentary on how the 2016 Chicago Olympics MAY be like. Fair warning...I had a good chuckle out of this, but it is a rather irreverent look at the potential games....:

they forgot the primary event: survive 
although that is hte primary objective of all who cross the Chicago City Limits. sounds good to me. of course, they said the same thing about Atlanta, and how when they released the doves somebody owuld shoot them, and how they would be roasting a pig on the olympic flame haha, the good 'ol days

for the marathon, it will be routed from central chicago to the southwestern part of the city where it will end. the winner is the person who gets shot the least number of times and still has clear lungs at the end.
