Sure is. I can't seem to get on somethings on this site. When I want to look at someone's car. I've tried to click on the pic to make it bigger. So I can see details. Or try to send a member an e mail. Says I need permission. How do I get PERMISSION. BEER, Hot wings. Food stamps. Anything just tell me.

You have to wait 10 days after you join AND have a min of 5 posts. You already have the post count, Just have to wait the 10 days.
We had a huge problem with spam not too log ago and had to have these rules implemented.
