I'm not sure when it will be out but you'll see it at a speed trap near you.

Hopefully these will be better than the Impalas they have now. My friend was outrun by a minivan because his police car was too slow. We give him a hard time about it every once in a while.

Here's another company that makes police vehicles that are pretty cool Police Car for Police | Carbon Motors Corporation

From what I have read and understand the G8 is a rebodied Holden. The Caprice is a rebodied Holden with a stretched wheel base. It is longer than the Holden.

Usually a police package will include the following: aggressive all season radials, wider and heavy duty wheels, heavy duty and larger brakes, thicker sway bars front and rear, heavy duty radiator, larger amp alternator, larger battery, certified speedometer, engine monitoring gauges instead of idiot lights, vinyl floor mat rather than carpetvery basic interior. I think I covered most of it.

As stated this is based on the senator, which is based off of a longer chasis then the g8/commodore....and it's rear end looks almost exactly like the current Impala...this is one Australian car we are getting that I do not want lol...
