Default 2004 Impala SS Worth it?

My friend really wants a new car and his parents might be ok with it. I need opinions though. We test drove it, it rides crazy good, shifts felt great, and it of course looks good, minus a few rock chips and a tiny scratch. Its all around a great car. Is $9500 a good price. I think it sounds good for 70k is miles and a supercharged l67. Opinions on things to check out on this kind of car. Oh, and the engine bay is CLEAN!!!

Hey `Brock, Sweet Look'in SuperCharged Impala 4-Sure.
Did you check KBB Price ?
I would offer $8k FOR IT
Does your friend want a 4dr ? Great 4 friends : )
Also check out Impala on AutoTrader.com with
similar miles/options to see what they are selling for around the country.
Dealer's are in business to make $'s & really mark
up the price on their clean rides 2 make $'s.
Do they offer any warranty with this Impala ?
Good Luck & let us know what he decides `Ok
Peace/Happy ~>`out

I think I would try and talk the sellers down about 1000k and then it would be a pretty good deal.

Heck yes! Gotta love the sister ^.^
Unique spoiler on those too, sedan supercharged why not?
If you can get it for 10, that would be even better. If it were me i would go for it.
