Hi `Matt, thanks for posting/sharing...
You are doing what I've been doing & taught since I've been a child (like yesterday) LoL.

The right music can calm down the world & help a person relax and put their life in2 perspective. I love going to the ocean & pluging E.Z. listening background tunes in2 my head. It helps me relax, think, dream & organize my life plans.
Relax Music 1 - YouTube

Above is one tune, but there are more like it on the YouTube Page. Or do a search for the tunes that will work 4 U.

My spaceBody doesn't seem to need to much sleep & I've always only averaged about 4-5 hours a day since I was born. When I crash out it only takes a few minutes for me to be in a dead sleep & I automatically wake `up in `bout 4 hours fully recharged & ready for another `day.

I still like Hard Rock & Jam'in Music, but I listen to it when I'm on my skateboard, bike or running the beach. I also like jazz, country & some classical music....Music puts me in my own kinda `space ~> 4-Sure...It doesn't take much...

I hope that one of our member's may give it a try & see `if it works for them ? "Nothing Ventured, nothing gained"...
We all only get so much time on our `journey of life & I try my best to extract the most from it without being stressed `out...We can all only `do, what we can all only `do....I think it's best to try to `do you best & get the most from `life...

OK, I hope the above did not stress you `out
Peace/Happiness to the reader of my words...

Now, go find some music that will chill U `Out

Best stress reliever I know is spending some intimate time with my partner. This is a family forum so I will leave it at that.

Usually my drive to and from school is pretty relaxing for me. Especially later at night, just me the monte and the open road. Other wise i dont do much stress relieveing aside from just sitting in front of the computer

Hi `Keane,
Yes, a open road with little or no traffic is a great way to relax & enjoy your `journey.

I found ways for additional work outs while I'm on my computer...I use to do push up's in between posts, but working double shift have slowed that down, but I still use my hand weights & hand gripes between work & posts.

Below are a few links for you & member's to check `out.
