Morning everyone! Space, I was just about to start the daily blog. THANKS for starting it!
Thursday, PAYDAY, for what it's worth. I think I'm going to hit the boss up for a raise today, about $4 an hour more. I will finish a conversation at lunch with another shop offering me a job, so I'm in a good position right now, and I got an "Atta Boy" yesterday from the owner, so that should help. Our G.M's Mom's funeral is today, so that sux. I'm not going, but half of the shop will (6?). She had a heart attack 2 weeks ago, a triple by-pass last week, funeral this week.

Good morning forum friends!
Had my first car show with the Monte last night. Will post a thread today or tomorrow with pics. Still have a pounding headache and was all hot and sweaty from walking around in this heat, ouch
! There was only an antique and modified category for trophies and best in show(didn't know that till trophy time
). All 3 trophies went to 1930's and 1940's cars. Was a decent amount of classic and a few of us modern cars. But at least I won a door prize of a wheel alignment at STS!

I had to wake up even earlier than normal today! 4:10am AGH!!! But my mom needed a ride to the airport this morning really early, and since I already get up really early, and the airport is on the way to my work anyway, I took her.

Lisa, the main thing is ya enjoyed yourself! I hear ya about the heat, and walking around that does get to ya and makes ya real tired!!! Hopefully ya get to come out to more shows! Can't wait to see the pics!
