sorry space,, they wouldn't allow me any coffee either and took away my lounge key because they caught me trying to sneak you a cup.

Yeah... Can't wait for Spring! I'm want to Clay bar the Black '98 Monte this weekend.
Weather turned again here in Kansas. 57 degrees right now - but really high winds will blow you away! This reminds me of the '79-'80 winter we had here + then Summer of '80 - it was 100 degrees for 2 weeks straight in June!

Bummer. If they turned out well I was gonna ask for the recipe. I haven't found a good bagel since leaving Jersey back in 2004.

I have a couple other recipes, I'm gonna try them next week. If I get a good batch I'll let you know. I think I screwed up the yeast and kneading.

Gonna take advantage of the 60° weather and wash and wax the monte.
