Mod Mike if you are looking for a camaro or firebird like mine, they get decent gas mileage, so they may not drop as much as you think. The two firebirds I had, one got 28 hwy and 22 city, and the other was 19 city and 25 hwy which was as good as I got in the monte. I do hope you can find one though as people may drop them for hondas and toyotas needing 40 mpg.

2 years ago, I noticed a lot of L67 powered cars, and LT1/LS1 cars going for pretty cheap, I didn't have the funds at the time, so I'm hoping it happens again.

Default gas......

Yeah, I don't like it but fortunately my commute to work is a couple of miles. It has taken me nearly two weeks to use my fuel in my 96 S10 with a 4.3. I just don't drive it around very much after that. I drive the MC on weekends when it's nice to get it out. It's about $3.25 down here for 93 octane.
Can off shore drilling help us ?
Opinions ?

My LS1 isn't going anywhere, of course that has nothing to do with gas prices. lol

In Belgium, people pay $7 per gallon for gas and take it in stride, Kloza said.

“Here it’s like guns — don’t touch my guns, don’t touch my cheap gasoline,” he said. “It’s the Pledge of Allegiance. ... It’s embedded in Americana.”
Above from below article...I thought it was a good write `up on the fuel problems : (

The excuse about Libya and Egypt is just that. An excuse OPEC and everyone else in the oil industry is using to screw us at the gas pump. We have to pay outrageous prices to fill our fuel efficient cars so we can drive to and from our low paying jobs; barely making ends meet. Meanwhile they're living in huge mansions and palaces with every luxury known to mankind. That's bullsh*t!!! I'm tired of us being screwed over at the pump.

I just may have to sell my car for a bicycle.
`Lou, I think the majority will agree with your statement 4-Sure....WoW $4.80 a gal already in your area

We feel your pain 4-Real : (

The only cheap gas I would use, Costco, was 2.51 yesterday.

My other ex commuter cars both got 25 mpg at best, a 95 3.4 Firebird and a 00 Honda CRV.

Now at work I am going to see those "Fuel Surcharges" on all of the freight invoices. That stuff cuts into my operating budget, grrrrr.
