Thanks `Mike for posting & sharing the link
That Velocity Yellow would be a great belated Birthday present to yourself 4-Sure
I really love the new StingRay 4-Real...I think GM did a super design on the exterior & interior + the Base Power for around $53K...
I like the Camaro ZL`1 for about the same price, but I would choose the StingRay
(I can buy a 3BR Home with a two car garage 4 that price on the Spacecoast of Florida) (I'd sleep in a tent/build a garage)
& drive a new StingRay instead

My all time favorite vette is of course...The 1963 split window. with a 327/375hp fuel injected! 4 speed....
But If I could drive stick again like you Space I'd also like a 7 speed!
Keepn it real...
Triple Black (always)..with auto stick...
with all the bells and whistles I can get!!!!!

Before 2014 Corvette hits road, it goes to Milford

MILFORD, Mich. (AP) — General Motors, like other automakers, showed off its newest, shiniest offerings at this month's Detroit auto show.
GM's biggest splash at the show was the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, which the carmaker says will go on sale later this year.
Before it does, though, the new Vette needs to go where nearly all of the company's vehicles go before they head to dealer showrooms: to Milford.
It's in this northwest Detroit suburb that GM has its Proving Grounds facility, which, according to GM consumer affairs chief James Bell, exists for the purpose of beating "the heck out of a vehicle before the customer can."
Founded in 1924, the 4,000-acre Milford Proving Grounds was the first dedicated automotive testing facility in the world and remains one of the largest to this day.
