The special-edition Camaro with the evil mustache
Going out with a 'stache.

The new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro is coming: lither, smaller, and probably a lot sharper-elbowed in the segment. That means the 2015 Camaro is the fifth-generation's last dance, and this is probably one of the final special editions. There have already been eight others, including a Transformers edition, a Neiman Marcus Edition, and a 45th Anniversary Edition. This edition commemorates itself by growing a mustache and bolting up some pretty fantastic-looking 20-inch wheels exclusive to the model.

Mechanically, buyers have a choice of 2LT or 2SS coupe or convertible trims, in black with a grey 'stache, silver with grey, gray with silver, or red with black. Exclusive to the Commemorative Edition is a Adrenaline Red interior with red inserts and black bolsters. Also, the usual sprinkling of special badges abounds.

Incidentally, at SEMA the company is inviting folks to pick a name for yet another special-edition Camaro SS, which is going to be available exclusively in an Emerald Green color with grey stripes down the center and "other unique details." Sadly, there's nary a simulated fascia-whisker to be found.
