Watch the Reveal of the Nissan GT-R Live From New York

Click above link >EnJoy<Nissan will introduce an updated GT-R at the New York auto show, and we’ll be there when it happens. Tune in March 23 to the live stream of the Nissan GT-R on the Motor Trend YouTube channel.
Leading up to the reveal, Nissan has teased us with an image of the GT-R’s back end. From that angle, it doesn’t look dramatically different from the current model. But we wouldn’t be surprised if the car gets a final refresh before the next generation arrives.
The GT-R has received a number of performance and cosmetic updates since it debuted for the 2009 model year. The model has been upgraded to produce 545 hp and 463 lb-ft of torque. ANismo version ups the ante to 600 hp and 481 lb-ft.
. In the meantime, click HERE for a look at other cars debuting at the New York auto show.

Hi Sgt Major `Drew & thanks for being the first to post on this thread

I agree that Nissan is NOW producing some cool looking cars. Or at least one. I love the new Maxima. But the current GTR is god awful ugly IMO and I don't care how well it performs - I wouldn't drive one if it were a quarter of the price. It's just too damn ugly. Right there with the appropriately named Juke (a combination of Junk and Puke)

Hi `Brent,
Thanks for your post & sharing your opinion. Isn't it great that we have so many choices in the Automotive Market
I prefer the new Corvette, but I do like the power of the GT R.
I think you sit to high in a GT R, but there's new designs coming. A neighbor has a new Maxima and likes everything except the CVT Transmission... He said he's sorry he got it. It's all white with dark tint. They are expensive
The 2017 GT-R unveiling was a huge disappointment. Even enthusiasts must be disappointed. There's hardly a change. A quick "googling" came up with some awesome looking designs, so I don't know what happened there.
This will NOT be the 2017 GT-R:

I could appreciate something like that!
All you'll get is this:

That and a 20 hp gain is hardly anything to get excited for
