Will 3.8 exhaust work on 3.4

Default Will 3.8 exhaust work on 3.4
I have a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS wondering if 3.8 dual exhaust will work on 3.4

There is a small difference in the downpipe but other than that theyre the same thing..
