Thrush Welded Exhaust Stainless Steel

I have an 04 Monte Carlo LS. I want it to be a little louder but not to the point where the exhaust sound gets annoying from the inside. I'm on a bit of a budget so Magnaflow, Flowmasters, and Borlas are out of the question. I'm considering getting a Thrush welded muffler made from stainless steel because know the stainless steel is going to be durable enough. Does anyone have these? Are they what I'm looking for?

I have the GMPP Cat-Back Exhaust (which is really an unadvertised Magnaflow)
It's a great kit (if you want a kit) costs about $525, 405 stainless steel pipes and 304 stainless resonator, mufflers, and tips (they keep the shine, the others get surface rust, but don't rust through) You would also need to get a driver's side hanger put on to hang the dual exhaust.

I have the non stainless Dynomax system on my red 03 and I think it has a nice sound. I think Thrush owns Dynomax or vice versa now - I have the turbo mufflers btw.

I know there's been 6th gen Monte owners (2000-2005) who have put the fake aftermarket hood scoops on their car.
But honestly, the fake scoops don't fool anybody anymore. At the risk of hurting people's feelings, most fake hood scoops get laughed at now. I wouldn't do it. Save up your money and buy one of the available aftermarket hoods with the scoop molded into it. If you like the look of a hood scoop, it's the better choice.
