06 Monte SS
New to the forum, just wanted to let people know I'm here!
A little about my car:
I own a 2006 black Monte Carlo SS. I've owned it since Nov. 2007 (senior year of high school). The first thing I did was put Magnaflow Performance mufflers on (since we all know the full package is WAY too expensive!), and when that was done I had the tips brought out just slightly past the rear bumper so you can see the chrome from the side. I also blacked out the bowtie emblem on the front, and removed the one on the back. Shortly after I had the windows tinted 35%. I also added a white "MONTE CARLO" windshield banner, looks pretty nice. Just at the end of this summer I bought some new tires, Pirelli P-Zero Nero 235/50/18 and I would like to put in a good word on them! Highest rated ultra-high performance all-season tire available and they definitely live up to the statistics. Just recently I installed a K&N cool air intake, which adds a nice little roar to the engine compartment And my newest "addition" is niteshaded taillights, thanks to VHT.
My plan: Eventually, a set of the HID Halo headlights, HID foglights, new bigger chrome exhaust tips, JEGS electric exhaust cutout, and maybe a set of 20" wheels, black or chrome. Being a college student makes most of this extremely hard to afford, but spending money on my car is definitely a priority!
As soon as I figure this whole website out, I'll post some pictures and comments and whatnot. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you all, as I absolutely LOVE working with my car, adding things here and there. As for now, I do have one question that's been an idea of mine for awhile...do the new Camaro SS wheels fit my model Monte Carlo?
