Stuck at 4000RPS even in park

Stuck at 4000RPS even in park
My 04 Monte SS. is having RMP issue. When it is warmed up it gets stuck at 4000RMPs. I can put it into any gear and RMPs do not change. Thinking of replacing TPS, anyone have any other ideas of what it could be?
