i recently did a solenoid swap on the pressure control solenoid the 1st to 2nd solenoid as well as the 3 to 4th gear im now having problems after 2nd gear it seems to shift to quick into overdrive causing my rpms to 1000 while trying to accelerate. hard to accelerate like that. i put the new solenoids in because it was going into a long shift mode putting out full line pressure causing harsh shifting.... its a 2000 monte carlo ss with a 3.8 and the 4t65e i need help majorly wether my computer needs to be reprogrammed or if maybe my 20 pin connector is loose somehow. i had no issues when repairing the car everything went very smooth so i believe everything was done right without damaging anything.
