Power seats
I think it will adjust a little manually.
There should be 4 bolts that hold it down to the floor. Loosen the rear bolts some and you might be able to see the wire right in the center of the seat at the Carpet.
Most likely the wire that is under the seat has come loose or broken and now you lost the connection to make it operate. you might want to check that or the side mount operator on the seat the wires may have come loose also. Or a broken connection, some times a foreign object gets under the seat and will cause this problem.

On my bonneville, the grease dried up and ruined the screw that moves the seat forward and backward..
The drying wasnt actually the cause of it being ruined, it was that I kept trying to move it over the months and stripped it to where the threads got shaved down and it locked up in the mechanism..
