Default P0171 code/ p0420

The MAF fixed the problem 300 times. It is an AutoZone replacement. (P0171) . The fuel filter is a difficult to get off and most likely is original (214k miles)
The 2nd alarm is cat conv. (P420)(fixed 453times)

Now beneath the MAF alarm is the following: fuel filter (185 fixes), o2 (new acdelco)(75 fixes), exhaust gas recirculation (50 fixes), throttle body gasket (47 fixes), vacuum hose (45 fixes), intake plenum gasket (37 fixes) , intake manifold gasket (fixredp 36 times) fuel pump (fixed 31 )

Where do I start?

I have no idea what you are asking, if anything.

Default Clarification

That was on the printout from O'Reilly's. I have a MAF P0171 and cat converter p0420 on the code reader. I guess I tried to put too much info in there. The car starts very easy, it has a slight hesitation when you goose it. Does that help?

You probably need to replace the MAF, preferably not aftermarket. Unless you have headers or a high flow cat, you'll need to replace your cat also.
