Just wanted to check in and get re-acquainted with the site here. I'm currently on my third Monte. My first was an 88 SS, my second was a 74 which brought me to this site in the first place (hence the name). Now I'm on Monte number 3. She's an 04 LS with the 3.4. I wanted the SS, but I got this one with 46,500 miles in excellent condition for 4 grand. So here I am again.

Thank you all for the warm welcome back! She's bone stock right now, with the exception of an aftermarket stereo. I'm really not planning on doing too much. Rims, tint, upgrade the sound system. I traded my 3.9 police package impala to get her, so I have a feeling that no matter what performance mods I attempt are going to leave me underwhelmed and disappointed. So I'm just going to make her pretty and cruise.

 

Welcome back, Sevnfoe! I'm envious of your previous Monte's. Especially the '74. Sweet! I'd like to find an early 70's MC to play with. Sounds like a good find with the '04 LS. Have fun.

Heyy! Welcome to the forum! I got my 04 s/c monte ss with 18K on her back in May 08 & now she just turned over 43,100 miles. Post pics up when you can =)

 

Don't be too envious, both of them were pretty raggedy. This new one is by far the nicest Monte I've ever had and I get a lot of complements on it already and I haven't done anything to it yet.
