hi all.
i thought i would come to this forum becasue i really really want one of these monte carlos. i would really like an 85 ss. just have to do some convinceing of the parental units.
i will have my drivers liscence in a few months here. im excited.

 

Hey Bill, Welcome to the Monte Carlo Forum Family. So you're kinda hooked on an 85 SS? Nice choice. I've been eyein several mid-late 80s Montes myself! Where you from?
We got a nice 85 SS running for Monte of the Month right now. 5 nice Montes there this month, because of 2 ties (usually just 3). Make sure you go over to that thread and PM Taz your vote (the poll doesn't work until we get the new server up)

I've always liked the 85-89 (4th gen) Montes the best. I wanted one in the worst way years ago, but couldn't afford it.
Now they're really hard to find not gutted or chopped up. At least around here anyway.

well thanks for the welcome. i have voted. the carlos on there are so nice. i was between the 85 and the black one.
i feel you on it being hard to find a "good one" im out in colorado. its just hard to find one.

well update:
i havent had much time to be on here with school but i did get my liscence and so far no car.
i need the job first i figure another 3 grand ill be good to go
i hope to get on here a couple times a week now
