I found the site doing some searches for issues I am having with it. It's a 2000 but got it for $1000 from a co worker after my company truck was pulled from me so I expected to do a little work to it. I hope the upload I did below works. Just need to put the SS badges back on it, they were either stolen or fell off.

This is my first Monte, always wanted a red SS but this one I couldnt pass up. I have drove company trucks for 20 years but the company that took us over pulled all those trucks away from us so I had to buy a car for the first time in those 20 years. A coworker's son had this sitting there in his yard, bought it for $500 but needed a trans. He had $1000 invested into it so to get rid of it I gave him 3 rifles that equaled to roughly $1000 and here I am. I added a pic to my signature. Like I said it has a few issues like the tranny shifting weird, airbag idiot light on and "service engine soon" is on the message center to name a few. Yesterday I started hearing a dry bearing sound. After checking it out I noticed a bunch of metal shavings by the AC compressor. I'm glad to be here and hope I can get some help in getting her back to the shape she needs to be. Thanks for all the warm welcomes.
